# Salud Medica — Lab results portals in Puerto Rico

Choose your portal: patient, provider or laboratory staff. This page requires no sign-in and shows no results — it only directs you to the right portal.

## Portals

Each portal has its own address and its own authentication. This page only redirects; it shows no results.

- [Patient portal](https://paciente.saludmedica.com) — Results, history, PDFs, sharing
- [Provider portal](https://proveedor.saludmedica.com) — Results for the patients in your practice
- [Laboratory portal](https://laboratorio.saludmedica.com) — Orders, tests, patients, metrics

## The three portals

Salud Medica runs three separate portals. Each has its own address, its own authentication, and a view suited to whoever uses it. This site shows no results itself — it only sends you to the right portal.

### Patients

View, download, and share your lab results as PDFs. Follow one test over time, send a result to another doctor or to your own inbox, and review the orders from your laboratory.

### Providers

See results for the patients in your practice in one place, with every test on an order and the history behind each value. Providers can view and download results but not redistribute them — that decision belongs to the patient.

### Laboratory staff

Work the order queue, tests, and patient records for your laboratory; read the daily metrics dashboard; send reports or access links to patients and authorized providers.

## How to get access

There are no passwords to remember. Enter your email address on the portal that applies to you and you will receive a single-use access link. Tap it and your session opens.

Providers and laboratory staff can also sign in with a Google or Microsoft account. If your address belongs to one of those providers, the portal will point that out as you type.

Your email address has to be on file with the laboratory that processed the order. If the link never arrives or the address is not recognized, contact your laboratory — they hold that record.

## Spanish and English

The whole system is available in Spanish and English, with Spanish as the default. The “ES / EN” button at the top switches languages, and your choice travels with you into whichever portal you open, so you do not have to pick it again on arrival.

## Privacy and security

This page is an entry point and nothing more. It asks for no credentials, queries no clinical system, and neither receives nor stores medical information. Health data lives behind each portal’s authentication, over encrypted connections, handled in line with HIPAA.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is www.labspr.com?

It is the entry page to the Salud Medica portals. Patients, providers, and laboratory staff each have a separate portal; this page works out which one a visitor belongs to and sends them there. It requires no sign-in and shows no results.

### Do I need a password to see my results?

No. Enter the email address your laboratory has on file and you will receive a single-use access link. Tap it and your session opens. Providers and laboratory staff can also sign in with a Google or Microsoft account.

### The access link never reached my inbox. What now?

Check the spam folder first. If it is still missing, the address on file at the laboratory is probably a different one. Contact the laboratory that processed your order — they hold that record and can update it.

### Who do I contact about a missing result or an error in my record?

The laboratory that ran the test. That laboratory is the custodian of your clinical record and the only party that can correct it. Salud Medica operates the platform but is not the record custodian.

### Is it available in English?

Yes. The whole system is available in Spanish and English, with Spanish as the default. The ES / EN button at the top switches languages, and your choice travels with you into whichever portal you open.

### Does this site store medical information?

No. This page asks for no credentials, queries no clinical system, and neither receives nor stores health information. Clinical data lives behind each portal’s authentication, handled in line with HIPAA.

### I represent a laboratory. How do we join the network?

Write to partners@saludmedica.com. Salud Medica integrates with the LIS a laboratory already runs rather than asking it to replace one, and a laboratory can operate the platform under its own domain and branding.

## Are you a laboratory?

Salud Medica is the platform that delivers results for clinical laboratories across Puerto Rico: patient and provider portals, automated patient messaging, home-visit scheduling, per-order surveys, white-label branding, and integration with any LIS.
